Good stuff! I read the Miller article when I received a link in my inbox last week, but didn't realize your connections. That made the article that much better.
When I started there the shop only had a few tired old stick welders and one MIG. The previous instructor had died suddenly in December and there wasn't a replacement until I showed up the following August. So I built the program up into what's there now but it was definitely time for me to move on. It's nice to see that the program is not only still going strong but improving. Good shop teachers are hard to find - he's a good one.
