Just a quick post to wish you all a Happy New Year and make a couple of comments.
I just finished watching the Winter Classic hockey game. During one of the intermissions, Jeremy Roenick interviewed a couple of former Red Wing players and one of them said it was a perfect day for the game. Only a hockey player would think snow coming down sideways and a wind chill of minus one would be perfect weather. He must have been right. There were 100,000 people there to see the game.
Also, there was a Cadillac commercial that touted some of the great things that have come out of garages. I was kind of surprised they choose the Ramones as one of those but I really liked the premise of the commercial. Great things spring from humble beginnings, the new Cadillac being the latest of those. Nicely done.
